Security roles related to catalogue access.
To access security roles at Project level click Global Settings > Security > Edit roles
Note: options will be defaulted to green which means the option is enabled if you click on the empty circle it will change to red which means the option is disabled. For some security roles the option Read only can be selected which will make the circle gold.
New Catalogue
When enabled: Allows the user to create a new catalogue via Register > Catalogues > Catalogue drop down menu, New.
When disabled: This option is greyed out.

Delete Catalogue
When enabled: Allows the user to delete a catalogue via Register > Catalogues > Catalogue drop down menu, Delete.
When disabled: This option is greyed out.

Catalogue Properties
When enabled: Allows the user to access the properties of a catalogue via Register > Catalogues Properties button.
When disabled: The button/option is greyed out.

Export Catalogue
When enabled: Allows the user to copy catalogues via Register > Catalogues Catalogue drop down menu options Export and Export as.
When disabled: These options are greyed out.
Download Catalogues
When enabled: Allows the user to use the Register > Download catalogues / updates... option.
When disabled: This option is greyed out.

Products
When enabled: Allows the user to access Products > Edit inside the Register > Catalogues page.
When set to Read-only access: The user will be able to access the Edit button and check all the information there, but if they try to change any data they will get an error message that reads You are not allowed to perform this operation
When disabled: The Edit option is greyed out.

Access prices for products in a catalogue on project level.
When enabled: Allows the user to access Register > Catalogues > Products > Edit - Prices section and the Price Group section.
When set to Read-only access: Allows the user to access the same sections but the Prices field is greyed out, however the Price group can still be altered.
When disabled: Prices section will not show and Price Group section is greyed out.

Blocks
When enabled: Allows the user to access Register > Catalogues > Blocks button.
When set to Read-only access: Allows the user to access the same button in read only mode and all the actions are greyed out.
When disabled: the Blocks button is greyed out.

Edit Macro catalogue on Alternative level
When enabled: Allows the user to access at the Alternative level Tools > Macro Definition...
When disabled: Macro Definition... option is greyed out.
