Security roles related to calculation and invoicing functionalities
To access security roles at Project level click Global Settings > Security > Edit roles
Note: options will be defaulted to green which means the option is enabled if you click on the empty circle it will change to red which means the option is disabled.
Access information regarding purchase prices and profit
When enabled: In Quotation setup/Summary > Key figures when the Calculation Method selected is Profit % the columns Purchase Price*, Profit* and Profit %* are visible with their specific values.
When disabled: The displayed values are substituted with asterisks.
Alternative > Summary > Show coded profit at status bar
When enabled: It is possible to select the option to see the coded profit on the status bar.
When disabled: The option to see the coded profit on the status bar will be greyed out. Therefore it will no longer be possible to display the coded profit.

Access price index and discounts in a catalogue/block on project level
When enabled: Allows the user to access the calculation of prices within Terms 2 of the Project Info window via the more options button
When disabled: It's not possible to access the information.
Access price index and discounts in a catalogue/block on alternative level
When enabled: Allows the user to access and edit, via F7 on the keyboard, the Price calculation of the Alternative.
When disabled: It's not possible to access or edit the information.
Quotation - Model/Price details per product (F6) / Model information
When enabled: The Model information tab is available within the Model/Price information window.
When disabled: The tab is not available.

When enabled: All three tabs are available in the Model/Price Information window.
When disabled: The Model information tab is the only one visible in the Model/Prince Information window.

When enabled: Within the Model/Price information window, on the Price information tab the tick box Show calculation is clickable.
When disabled: The tick box is not clickable and it is not possible to see the calculation fields.

Overwrite sales price for single products
When enabled: Within the Model/Price information window, on the Price information tab, it is possible to edit the Rec. retail price field.
When disabled: The field becomes inaccessible and it is not possible to edit it.
Allow overrides on min/max parameter restrictions
When enabled: Within the Object parameters window, allows the user to check the tick box Allow overrides on min/max restrictions. Note: It is catalogue dependent as to whether the restrictions are in place.
When disabled: The user cannot check the tick box and the properties of the object will have to remain within its limits.
Give discount 1, 2, 3
When enabled: Within the Model/Price information window, on the Price information tab, it is possible to edit the Discount (1) field. Also within Quotation setup/Summary > Discounting tab it is possible to edit the Discount (2) and (3) fields.
When disabled: The discount fields are not editable.

Invoice Follow up - All invoices
When enabled: It is possible to access the menu Invoice Follow-up > All invoices at Project level.
When disabled: The menu option All invoices is greyed out and unavailable.

When enabled: It is possible to access the menu Invoice Follow-up > Invoices for this customer at Project level.
When disabled: The menu option Invoices for this customer is greyed out and unavailable.
