In Winner, the status bar is located at the bottom of the screen at Alternative level. Users can show the profit alongside the quotation total, or show the profit alone by hiding the quotation total. Users can also see below in this article for an explanation of what the different profit codes mean.

How to show profit in the status bar
At any level:
- Select Global settings > System settings.
- In the System settings window, select the Quotation tab.
- Under the Quotation tab, in the Profit presentation at status bar section, users can:
- Click the Value presentation drop-down menu and select Amount, %-value, or None.
Amount shows the profit as a discrete value.
%-value shows the profit as a percentage value.
None hides the profit code. This is the default.
- Select either Show remaining discount, to show the discount as a coded value in the status bar, or Show coded profit, to show the total profit as a coded value in the status bar.
- The Split remaining discount at % limit box allows the user to see the minimum sales price when the percentage profit warning range gets considered.
- Click the Value presentation drop-down menu and select Amount, %-value, or None.
IMPORTANT: If you are using a percentage then you will also need to select this in the Quotation setup/summary in the tab Key figures > Calculation method must have Profit % selected.
What do the profit codes mean?
When the user displays the profit in the status bar, the profit value is coded to indicate both the user's profit calculation method and value presentation selection. Example profit code
This is an example of what the user may see:
The F preceding the number value means that the value displayed is the Profit amount, and the second F is a stand-in for a decimal place. Therefore, the Profit amount for the example quotation would be 7005.60.

Here the user can see the other letter codes that may appear in the status bar and their meanings:
- A = Markup %
= 22.30%
- B = Sales coefficient
= 1.47
- C = Profit %
= 18.24%
- D = Remaining discount
= 394,94
- F = Profit amount
= 328,12
