It is possible to change the model name for a catalogue on printouts to keep the information anonymous so customers cannot use the information with a competitor.

IMPORTANT: Each time the catalogue is updated you will need to follow the same process as this information will be overwritten with each update. This will need to be done by each user as this information is not synchronised across the shop or company.
- Create a CSV file using the model names in column 1 and the name you want to see on the printouts in column 2.
Note: You can view the catalogues model names by going to Register > Catalogues select the catalogue. Click Groups/Models and use the drop down menu to view the model names.
- Once you have the CSV file saved locally go to Register > Catalogues and select the catalogue.
- Click Groups/Models select Product groups in the window.
- From the drop down options select Name on printouts > Fetch from CSV file. Navigate to the CSV file and select it and click Open.
Note: You can check that the changes have been applied by selecting Models > Model properties in the window Groups/Models. The changed name should appear in the box Name of printouts.
