Security roles related to alternative level access
To access security roles at Project level click Global Settings > Security > Edit roles Note: options will be defaulted to green which means the option is enabled if you click on the empty circle it will change to red which means the option is disabled.
Overwrite write protected alternatives
When enabled: Will allow you to edit alternatives with write protection active (write protection occurs when you set the quotation status to sent).
When disabled: You will not be able to save (overwrite) an alternative with a quotation sent.

Alternative - Save as
When enabled: The Save as option within the Alternative will allow the user to save an alternative as a new alternative.
When disabled: The Save as option will be greyed out.

When enabled: the user will be allowed to export the alternative as a .DRW file to their local machine or to send the file via E-mail.
When disabled: Export (.DRW) options will be greyed out.

Import alternative from file
When enabled: Allows the user to import a .DRW file at Project level.
When disabled: The import from file (.DRW) option will be greyed out.

Delete projects, milieus and alternatives
When enabled: Allows the user to select the Delete option in the Alternative, Milieu and Project drop-down menus at Project level.
When disabled: The Delete options, when selected, will return a warning message stating that the user does not have the rights to delete the Alternative, Milieu or Project.
Quotation - Quotation setup
When enabled: Allows the user access to the Quotation Setup/Summary button inside the quotation.
When disabled: The Quotation Setup/Summary button is greyed out.

Alternative tracing
When enabled: Allows the user to generate log files for the Alternative via the Help > Alternative Tracing option.
When disabled: This option is greyed out.

Reset quotation status
When enabled: Allows the user to cancel a quotation at Alternative level via Quotation > Cancel Quotation... option and also at Project level under the Quotation or the Quotation Acceptance buttons.
When disabled: These options are greyed out.
