In Winner, when users print a quotation they will be presented by the following dialogue box:
Set the state of the design to 'Quotation sent'?
What happens if the user clicks Yes
If the user clicks Yes, the dialogue box will close and the Select form: Quotation window will open, and the user will be able to print. For more information, see Select form: Quotation.
Clicking Yes will also write protect the design. If the user makes any further alterations to that design they will be asked to confirm the changes and offered the choice to discard the changes, save the changes as a new design in the project or overwrite the write protected design.
NOTE! Overwriting a write protected design may change the value of the quotation, necessitating the issue of a new quotation to the customer and other associated documentation.

If the user clicks No, the dialogue box will close and the Select form: Quotation window will open, and the user will be able to print. For more information, see Select form: Quotation.
