Is the license per user, store, or legal entity? One evoliz licence is required for each company registration number (SIRET). During sign-up process , one user account is created in evoliz. Invoices from all Winner installations are then created in evoliz under this same account through the Winner integration (API). Additional user licences are only required if the customer needs separate individual evoliz user accounts.
-
Can one agreement cover several stores? No, one SIRET number corresponds to one subscription.
-
What is the commitment and notice period? Customers can choose between a monthly subscription with no commitment or an annual subscription with a 12-month commitment. It is subject to tacit renewal, which customers can suspend up to 5 days before the renewal date.
-
How can licenses be added, transferred, or cancelled? This can be done directly from the customer's account, within the Subscription section.
-
Who contracts and invoices the customer? The contract is directly with evoliz, and billing is also handled directly through them.
-
Who manages onboarding and activation? It is an automated, guided process within Winner, available in mid-August with version 12.6a4. The Cyncly Support team can assist users through this process.
-
Who provides first-line support? For integration issues, the first contact is the Cyncly Support team. For any questions regarding the use of evoliz itself, customers can contact the evoliz support team directly via chat or email.
-
What happens when a store closes or changes ownership? An ownership transfer must be requested through our support team by providing the necessary documents to identify the new owner (a recent KBIS and an up-to-date ID). If the business closes, evoliz reserves the right to decide whether or not to issue a pro-rata refund for the remaining period of an annual subscription, subject to valid supporting documents.
-
Can customers switch to another certified provider later? Customers can cancel their agreement with evoliz based on the terms mentioned above. Please note that Winner currently has no plans for further integrations. However, customers can use our generic export formats to build an integration with any third-party solution of their choice.
-
What exactly remains available in Winner after the change? Users can generate invoice drafts in Winner based on the payment schedule. From there, they can create and export each invoice to evoliz through an embedded, integrated flow. evoliz will then return the invoice number to the Winner invoice line, allowing users to track the status of each invoice, easily reopen it, and log payments within evoliz.
- Does evoliz also cover e-invoicing? Yes. evoliz has dedicated support for the French electronic invoicing reform ("Facturation Électronique"). evoliz allows customers to activate electronic invoicing, register with the French invoicing infrastructure, and prepare for the mandatory e-invoicing requirements that came into effect from September 2026. evoliz also provides guidance and FAQs specifically for e-invoicing compliance, for more information click here.
