To report a Winner error or crash, please send the Winner Logfiles and a video of the error occurring on your PC.
- In Winner on the Project level select Help from the toolbar.
- In the Help menu select About Winner Flex or, About Winner Design.
- Select the button Winner Info in the bottom left corner.
- In the Winner - System information window hold down the CTRL key on your keyboard when you select the tab Log Files.
- In the section Winner Diagnostics select the drop down menu and click the option Detailed.
- Click on Flush to clear the log files of any old data.
- Close the Winner - System information window. In Winner go to Help and select the option Show/Hide Clock.
Note: This is so the time can be logged on your recording and linked back to the log files.
- Record your screen while recreating the error or crash.

- Go to Help > About Winner Flex/Design > Winner Info.
- Select the tab Log Files and the option Save file.
- Select where to save the .zip folder.
- Send the .zip folder along with your screen recording to support.
