Winner users who contact our Support team to report a catalogue error should reference the catalogue supplier name, file name and the date published.
At Project level:
- Select Register > Catalogues.
- In the Registered Catalogues window, located at the bottom right of the window, tick the Show all revisions box.
Note: This shows older versions of installed catalogues that users may still be using. - Make a note of the the Catalogue, Filename, Date and Supplier.
