Welcome to Support for Winner Flex and Winner Design! The Support Centre allows you to view how to articles so you can access guides at your convenience. You can also open a ticket for support or start a live chat with an agent. Please see the sections below for how to access these different types of support.
Note: You do not need to be signed in to view articles or use live chat, but you do need to be signed in to follow articles and submit and track support tickets.
Accessing the Support Center
The different types of support can be accessed via the Support Center by clicking on the Help menu that is located in the top menu bar, then click Help Center - Contact Support., Then click the Winner icon to take you to the Support Center.

Registering your credentials to enable Sign in
Before accessing some of the Support Center features you will need to be signed in. If you are using the Support Center for the first time you will need to register or reset your password.
- In the upper right corner of the Support Center click Sign in.
- On the Sign in window, click the Sign up link at the bottom left. Note: If you are a Winner Flex user click Continue with Flex login.
- Enter your name and email address. We suggest using the same email as you registered for your account with Compusoft.
- You will receive an email with information on how to register.
Note: If you are an existing customer your email might be registered in our system, if this is the case the email you receive will request that you reset your password. If you are a new user you will be requested to create a password.
- Once you enter your new password you will be returned to the Support Center. You should see your name in the upper right corner. You can now Submit a Ticket or use My Tickets to track their progress. You will also be able to follow sections such as What's New and articles such as Hardware Requirements; meaning you will be notified of any updates to the section or article.
Articles
In this Support Center, you will find an extensive library of 500+ articles covering all aspects of the program. Everything from how to install the application, to how to draw a kitchen and print a quotation for the customer. There are also many technical topics covered here, meaning that you or your IT department can find solutions to trickier queries too.
These are available 24/7 365 days per year for your convenience.
By entering the Support Center without logging in, you will get access to the complete library of articles and be able to chat with us. To follow your favourite articles, or submit and track tickets you will need to log in. This is possible by using your Compusoft credentials, most commonly used for Winner Flex, Showcase 360 and customer portal. If you don't already have these, don't worry, follow the steps above to register. Registration is required to verify your contact details.

The video below includes how to follow an article or section, this can be very useful; for example to be notified of new articles in the What's New section, or to be notified when changes are made to the Hardware Requirements article. You will receive notifications via an email to your sign in address.
