Winner users may encounter errors relating to exceptions, ports and access rights. For example, users may receive a Bad header error when attempting to download catalogues, or an Error 20247 when attempting to render.
Users should ensure that they have configured their anti-virus program and firewall to allow access for the files, folders and URLs listed in this article below. If users are unsure about adding exceptions, they should contact their IT support service provider.

Add exceptions for Winner Design to the anti-virus and firewall (all communication from/to HTTPS port 443):
