In Winner, users may encounter an error whilst trying to export a document, such as a quotation, as a PDF.
If users encounter an error
- Exit Winner.
- Click the Windows Start icon and open Winner Info:
Note: Users can also enter "Winner Info" into the Windows search bar.
- In the Winner - System Information window, select the Quick fixes tab.
- Click the Request drop-down menu, and select Setting: PDF_Export - Use printer "Winner PDF-export" to generate PDF files.
- Click Run.
- Once the process is complete, click Save & Close.

Restart the PC.
Note: Users must Restart, not Shut down.
- Once the user's PC has restarted, open Winner Info.
- In the Winner - System Information window, select Maintenance tab.
- Under Printouts, click Run installation.
- Click Save & Close.

Restart the PC.
- If the error persists repeat the steps above and in step 4 click the Request drop-down menu, and select Setting: PDF-Export - Set filename last (Default for Win32).
