Suppliers sometimes add inflation surcharges without sending out new catalogue data. If you have special core selections which you download from our servers, you will need to delete these from your database, otherwise Winner will check for the best purchase price and due to the inflation surcharge, the imported core selections are usually more expensive so will not be used.
With Winner closed:
- Open Windows File Explorer and locate the Winner folder.
Note: By default this is on the C:\ drive. But if Winner Design was installed on a different drive, then the Winner folder will be located there. Users who are unsure should contact their IT support service provider. - Open Winner\DB\PRODUCTS\CORESELECTIONS and delete the data in the CORESELECTIONS folder.
- If you have imported your own core selections they are in the same CORESELECTIONS folder but in a sub-folder named Priority. You must also delete the data in this sub-folder.
- Open Winner and download the catalogue again WITHOUT core selections.
-
After installation of the download you can import your correct core selection and check the indexes.
