Flex: How to copy a project

  1. Access the Flex Platform via a web browser or from within the desktop program.

  2. Click on the Projects icon on the left hand menu bar.
  3. Select the project you want to copy (do not open it) and click on the Duplicate project icon Duplicate_project.png

  4. If you wish to exclude the designs click the slider button. This means you will only duplicate the customer information into a new project and will have to create new Milieus, alternatives etc.

  5. The project will now appear in your project list with a new number but the same project name with (COPY) at the end of it.  

  6. To change the name of the project open it, click the Global tab and change the name in the box Project name.
  7. Click the Save Project mceclip0.png icon in the toolbar.
