In Winner, if a sink was not placed in the intended way or the layout changes after a sink has been placed, the placement of said sink can be changed through multiple ways. It can be dragged and dropped, centred, moved to the cursor or arrow position, or offset from its current position.
Drag and drop
At Alternative, in Furnishing mode:
- Left-click and hold down the mouse button to select your sink/hotplate.
- Drag the sink/hotplate to the position you require it.
- Release the Left-click.
Note: To move in smaller increments when dragging and dropping hold down Shift + Alt keys simultaneously to move in 50mm increments or Ctrl key to move in 10mm increments.
Centring the sink or hotplate
At Alternative, in Furnishing mode:
- Left-click and hold the middle of the sink or hotplate.
Note: Holding the centre is indicated by a small black dot surrounded by a small circle appearing in the middle. - When dragging to place the sink using the snap point, the cursor turns to a snap point indicator when it is central to the unit underneath:
The outline of the sink or hotplate will also be highlighted in green to indicate the centred position. - Release the hold on the left mouse button to drop the appliance in the correct spot.
Note: The sink or hotplate can also be centred when first placing it in a plan by using the Centre object button. See How to use the Centre object button.
Move to cursor position
At Alternative, in Furnishing mode:
- Move your cursor to the correct position in the room.
- Left-click the sink/hotplate to select it.
- Right-click to bring the menu up.
- Select Move selection to cursor position.
Offset current position
At Alternative, in Furnishing mode:
- Left-click the sink/hotplate to select it.
- Right-click to bring the menu up.
- Select Offset.
- Type in millimetres the direction which you want to move the sink/hotplate in relation to your current cursor direction.
- Click OK to make the offset change.
