Edit a Picklist

Available from version 12.6a2, helping you design more quickly and consistently across projects. Picklists provide a dedicated workspace where you can create, import, and reuse collections of catalogue items. 

You will first need to create a picklist, click here for instructions on how to create a Picklist. 

 

In an open design: 

  1. In the catalogue browser select the tab Picklist.
     
  2. Select Manage Picklists in the bottom left corner. 
     
  3. Select the Picklist name you want to edit.
     
  4. The picklist will be visible, here you can carry out the following;
     
    1. Delete the item from the Picklist: select the bin icon in the top right corner.
    2. Add an item to the Picklist: select the item in the browser and select the icon in the top left corner to add it to the list required.
