Available from version 12.6a2, helping you design more quickly and consistently across projects. Picklists provide a dedicated workspace where you can create, import, and reuse collections of catalogue items.
You will first need to create a picklist, click here for instructions on how to create a Picklist.
In an open design:
- In the catalogue browser select the tab Picklist.
- Select Manage Picklists in the bottom left corner.
- Select the Picklist name you want to edit.
- The picklist will be visible, here you can carry out the following;

Delete the item from the Picklist: select the bin icon in the top right corner.

Add an item to the Picklist: select the item in the browser and select the icon in the top left corner to add it to the list required.

Delete the item from the Picklist: select the bin icon in the top right corner.
