Available from version 12.6a2, helping you design more quickly and consistently across projects. Picklists provide a dedicated workspace where you can create, import, and reuse collections of catalogue items.
You will first need to create a picklist, click here for instructions on how to create a Picklist.
In an open design:
- In the catalogue browser select the tab Picklist.
- Saved picklists will be visible in the drop down under the title Picklists.
- Check the box next to the ones you want to use.
- The picklist items will be presented to you in the same way as the catalogue browser. You can now select any item(s) and click on Add or Replace to insert them into your design.
