Click this to access Live chat or the Support Centre.

Click this and for Winner Design users it will take you to the customer portal, for Winner Flex it will take you to the browser version of the Flex platform.

Click this to take you to the Compusoft website.

Click this to take you to the Training information area of the Compusoft website.

Click this to create a file, which may be required by Support to resolve an issue.
Note: this option is only available when Help menu is accessed from within an alternative.

Click this to see details of the Cloud platform synchronisation.

Click this to launch the Teamviewer app which Support may require to resolve an issue by accessing your computer.

In Winner, users can view information about their Winner installation, such as program information, download parameters, version number and system information about the user's PC. This information can be useful when contacting our Support team

At any level:

Select Help > About Winner Design.

In the About Winner Design window, users can select the tabs to view the following information:

• About Winner - General information about Winner and access to Winner Info.
• Program information - Provides the following:
  Installation location for Winner
  Version number of Winner
  Licence number
  Sentinel version
  Btrieve settings
• Download parameters - Settings for the automatic checking of catalogue and Winner updates.
• Version information - Detailed information on the current version.
• System information - Technical information about your computer.
