In Winner, the Project info window displays information for the current project. For example, the project name, customer name and address, the order number and status of the project. Project information can be also be added or altered in this window.
At Project level:
- Click the more options button, located to right of the project name:
- In the Project info window, users can add or edit project information in the following areas:
General information
Contacts tab
Information 1 tab
Information 2 tab
Terms 1 tab
Terms 2 tab
Messages tab
Note: In Winner Flex all tabs have a Flex button on them. Clicking this will open the Flex platform in the project you are on. Some project information can be edited on the Flex platform as well.
Project Info
General information
Change the Project name, Salesperson, Designer and add Comments.
Note: Click the more options button
next to Salesperson or Designer to add or edit a new reference or designer.
Contacts
Click the more options buttons to edit name and address details for the Customer, edit the Delivery address and Invoice address, and edit the names and addresses of the Architect and Contractor.
Note: When editing the delivery address or invoice address, untick the box Use values from '(Customer name)' to enable editing.
Information 1
Enter information in the text fields for Drawing, Contract number, Customer's order No, Reference, and Quotation deadline.
Click the drop-down boxes to select the Project type and District, and click the more options buttons
to add and edit options.
Note: Entries into the Quotation deadline field must be in the format dd/mm/yyyy.
Information 2
Click the drop-down boxes to select the Order status, Project status, Status information and Competitor. Click the more options buttons to add or edit options.
Users can also exclude the project from company statistics by clicking the box next to Not included in statistics.
Terms 1
Click the drop-down boxes to select the Delivery time, Delivery terms, Transport terms and Payment terms. Click the more options buttons to add and edit options.
Terms 2
Add Catalogues to the project using the Add button under Catalogues.
Note: When you index a catalogue, existing projects, which use this catalogue, do not have the pricing structure applied automatically. To update indexing in your project, which will update all alternatives within it you can use the Terms 2 tab. See article Save updated index settings for a project.
Click the Payment button to edit the payment calendar. Click the VAT configuration button to adjust the VAT settings. For more information, see Updating the VAT configuration. Enter a value in the Discount field and click the Update button to apply a discount.
Click the drop-down box to select Dealer's project terms. Click the more options button to add or edit options.
Note: Users can also use the Edit, Delete and Update buttons to adjust, remove or update added Catalogues.
Messages
To add Messages to suppliers, click the Add button, select a supplier and enter a message.
Click the Messages on printouts button to add and edit messages on printed forms. For more information, see Adding messages to printouts.
