How to go back to the previous hotfix

Winner users can revert to a previous hotfix of Winner if desired.

Note! Returning to a previous hotfix can cause database errors.

Note! It is not possible to revert to previous version of Winner, for example from version 12 to version 11.

Note! Users should create a backup before reverting to a previous hotfix. For more information, see Winner Flex users should see Winner Flex: Backups. Winner Design users should see Creating a backup or copy of Winner Design.

Exit Winner.
Open Windows File Explorer and navigate to C:\Winner.
Note: The default location for a Winner installation is the C: drive. However, if the user's Winner installation was installed on a different drive, for example an external drive, then it will be located there. Users who are unsure should contact their IT service support provider.
Double-click the Restore-last-version.exe file.
