In Flex you can add a contact person for each of your shops. To do this follow the instructions below:
- Open the Flex platform.
- Click the Settings icon at the bottom of the left hand menu bar.
- Under Admin area select Shops.
- Select the relevant shop in the list and click Edit Shop on the top toolbar.
- Scroll to the bottom of the screen and under Main Contact Person use the Contact Person
drop-down menu to select a user to be the main contact.
- Click Save Shop Icon to confirm your choices:
- Close the Flex platform, then close Flex desktop app all together.
Note: This must be done or the information will not update.
- Reopen the program and if you click on Global settings > Shop information you will see the new contact person listed.
- If you wish to edit or change this contact person repeat the steps above but at step 5 select a different person from the drop-down menu.
