How to manage lists of customer and company contacts

You have a list of contacts for each of your customers, and for your company.  In this article there are instructions for:

Accessing your customer's list of contacts

  1. At Project level, click on the more options icon in the project's details under the Toolbar.

  2. In the Project info window, click on the Contacts tab.
  3. Click on the more options icon to the right of the Customer's name.

  4. In the Address window, click on the more options icon next to the Contact person drop-down in Winner Design (legacy) or Additional contact person in Winner Flex.

  5. In the List of contacts window:
    - Click the New button to add a new contact in relation to the customer.  
    - Click to highlight a contact and click the Edit button to alter the contact details.
    - Click to highlight a contact and click the Delete button to delete the contact.

Accessing your company's list of contacts - Winner Design (legacy)

  1. At Project level, click on the more options icon in the project's details under the Toolbar.

  2. In the Project info window click on the more options icon next to the Our ref. drop-down box.

You can also access it by:

  1. Click on Global settings in the Menu bar.

  2. Select Company information.  

  3. In the Company information window, click on the more options icon next to the Contact person drop-down.

In the company List of contacts window, the options are generally the same as a customer list of contacts. See point 5. above.  However, you are also able to retrieve deleted contacts in your Company list of contacts. To do this:

  1. Click the Show archived contacts tick box in the bottom left of the window. 

  2. The deleted contacts will now be shown in the list.  They will have an asterisk (*) next to the name to show it is an archived (deleted) contact.

  3. Select the deleted contact to highlight it.

  4. While the contact is highlighted, hold down the Ctrl key on your keyboard and click the Delete button.  The asterisk will be removed and the contact will now be restored.

Accessing your company's list of contacts - Winner Flex

In Flex your company's contacts are held on the Flex platform (in the cloud).
