If you manage multiple shops, exporting customer information one shop at a time can be repetitive and time‑consuming. Flex now exports customer and contact details from all accessible shops in a single step.
This article explains how to run the export and what to expect in the downloaded file.
IMPORTANT: You must have a user role which allows you to Export Contacts for this to work.
When enabled for your user role in the top toolbar, a new More options button contains the option to Export contacts.
- On Flex Cloud select the tab Contacts.
- Select the More options icon in the top toolbar.
- Flex retrieves customer and contact information from every shop you have access to.
- The system automatically generates a single .xlsx file and begins downloading it immediately. Access this in your downloads folder.
The exported Excel file contains:
- Customer and contact information from all your shops
- A shop identifier for each record, helping you filter or sort the data per shop
- Data formatted in a single sheet for easy reporting and analysis
