The Error 100500: Invalid Instance ID appears when only one license in a multiple license company is allowed to edit its catalogues. This occurs when using the Catalogue Maintenance Component extension.
There can be two reasons why the error message is showing:
- The license you are using is not the main license and you are not allowed to publish the catalogues.
- You have changed computers, and the Catalogue Maintenance Component extension is set on the original.
If it is not the main license
You can contact your company's main license user to make the catalogue changes, or if you believe you should have this access, please request a change of rights for your license from Compusoft support.
If you are not using the main computer that has access to the Catalogue Maintenance Component extension
You can run the process on the main machine if it is still available. If you no longer have access to the main computer, contact Compusoft support.
