Once you have downloaded, installed and set conditions for the catalogue(s) they are ready for publishing. For information on how to do this watch the video or see the steps below.
- In the main Catalogue customisation window click on the Publish All button. A notification Pop-up appears as soon as all customisations have been published.
- Click Close.
- Choose whether to export to the catalogue database now in the confirmation window. Click Yes if you do wish to export now.
- The published catalogues are also automatically saved to the administrator's local folder.
IMPORTANT: After publication all users, including the administrator, need to manually download the catalogues by clicking Register in the Menu bar and selecting Download Catalogues/Updates. Once installed, either by:
- Closing and reopening Winner program or
- Clicking OK in Install Updates pop up,
they will then be available to use in designs.
