In Winner, users may encounter a catalogue error for example, a unit may be listed with incorrect dimensions, model, colour or price. If users encounter a catalogue error, they should first check that the latest catalogue update is installed, see How to download catalogues and updates.
Checklist for reporting an error
If the error persists, we need the following information to correct the error:
- Make a note of the catalogue, catalogue file name, version (date).

- Make a note of the Article number, Model name or Finish name of the incorrect item.

Export a .DRW file for the affected Alternative.
For more information, see Export a .DRW or .PRW file.
- Take a screenshot of the error and make a note of the corresponding page from the sales manual.

Raising a support ticket

In the Description field of the user's support ticket, provide the information as listed above:
A detailed description of the error.
The catalogue, the catalogue file name, the version (date).
The article number, and the model name or the finish name.
The page number of the supplier hardcopy catalogue as evidence of the error.
In the Attachments field of the user's support ticket, attach the exported .DRW file and the screenshot.
