When you encounter an error or software crash the support team will require a screen recording of the error or crash happening along with the logfiles. This is so the team have everything they need to fully investigate what is happening.

Once the logfiles are turned on, you will need to record the error or crash happening with the clock showing for a timestamp.
You can use any tool available to you to record your screen. Microsoft Clipchamp is something that is available in Windows 11. These instructions are based on you having Microsoft Clipchamp.
- In the Search type Clipchamp and press enter.
Note: This is available as part of Microsoft packages, you can use others that you have access to.
- Select Blank Video under Create New.
- Select the option Record and create.
- From the options available select Screen.
- Select the option Start screen recording and then select the window or Entire screen and click on Share.
- The recording will start. Recreate the error or crash with the clock showing.
- Once you have recorded the error or crash select Stop sharing at the bottom of the screen.
- Click on Save and edit.
- In the editor select Export in the top right corner.
- Select the location and click on Export.
You can now send this file along with the .zip folder of the logfiles.
