In Winner, users can create a combined quotation that compiles the individual quotations of several designs within a project, including designs for a different space, for example a user could create a combined quotation using multiple kitchen designs and bathroom designs. Users can also adjust the quantity of designs included in the quotation, making this a useful feature when pricing for multiple properties using several variations, for example for a large apartment complex.
This article gives guidance on creating a combined quotation, editing a combined quotation and printing a combined quotation. Users can also see an overview of the Quotation summary window.
Creating a combined quotation
At Project level:
- Select Combined quotation > New.
- In the Edit combined quotation window, make adjustments as desired, and click OK.
The new combined quotation can be found under the Combined quotation tab.
Note: The Show deliveries option will show which designs have been delivered.
Editing a Combined quotation
At Project level:
- Select the Combined quotation tab.
- Under the Combined quotation tab, left-click to select the desired combined quotation.
- Select Combined quotation > Edit.
- In the Edit combined quotation window, make adjustments as desired, and click OK.
Deleting Designs from the Combined quotation
In the Edit combined quotation window, users can effectively remove a design from the combined quotation by changing the the value in the Quantity column for that design to 0.
Or, at Project level:
- Select the Combined quotation tab.
- Right-click the desired design and select Delete.
Printing a Combined quotation
At Project level:
- Select the Combined quotation tab.
- Under the Combined quotation tab, left-click to select the desired combined quotation.
- Select Combined quotation > Printouts > Print quotation.
- In the Confirm window, select Yes or No.

- In the Select form: Quotation window, users can:
- Print the combined quotation by clicking Print.
- Send the combined quotation as an e-mail attachment by clicking Send E-mail.
- Export the combined quotation as a .pdf file by clicking Export PDF.
- Note: Users can also preview the combined quotation by clicking Preview.
Printing a sales contract for a combined quotation
At Project level:
- Select the Combined quotation tab.
- Under the Combined quotation tab, left-click to select the desired combined quotation.
- Select Combined quotation > Printouts > Print sales contract.
- In the Input date window, enter the correct information in the required fields and click OK.
Note: For more information, see Printing: Print sales contract.
- In the Select form: Sales contract window, users can:
- Click Print, to print a hardcopy of the sales contract.
- Click Send E-mail to e-mail an electronic copy of the sales contract.
- Click Export PDF to save an electronic .pdf file copy of the sales contract.
Note: Users can also click Preview, to see a preview of the sales contract.

Edit combined quotation window
In the Edit combined quotation window, users can:
- Overwrite the design name in the Text column and input a new reference name.
Note: The numbers in the Design column refer to the Space/ Design in the project, for example 1/4 would refer to the fourth design in the first space. - Change the number of individual designs included in the combined quotation in the Quantity column, for example a user could have ten versions of one kitchen and five versions of another.
Note: Any designs set to 0 will not be included. - Enter a name in the Combined quotation name field.
- Add comments to in the Comments field.
- Click Add to add new designs to the combined quotation.
Note: This will add all the designs the user created after the combined quotation was created. For this reason, Add is unavailable when creating a new combined quotation.
Quotation summary
Users are able to view a summary of a combined quotation in the Quotation summary window, which shows all the key figures such as purchase price, discount, profit, markup and freight costs, and allows users to make adjustments to the calculation method and combined quotation presentation.
At Project level:
- Select the Combined quotation tab.
- Under the Combined quotation tab, left-click to select the desired combined quotation.
- Select Combined quotation > Summary.
- In the Quotation summary window, users can view key figures and make adjustments.

In the Quotation summary window, users can:
- Select the calculation method by clicking the Calculation method drop-down menu and selecting Markup%, Sales coefficient or Profit%.
- Include or exclude the VAT from the calculation by ticking or unticking the VAT included box.
- Users can print the quotation summary by clicking Print.
- In the Grouped by section, users can sort by Item group, to organise the quotation by item group; Catalogues, to organise the quotation by catalogue; Suppliers, to organise the quotation by supplier, for example several catalogues may be from the same supplier; and Combined quotation, to organise the combined quotation by collection.
Note: Combined quotation is the default.
