In Winner, users may find that they cannot see prices next to the item lines in their quotation.
This may be because the user has opted not to Show prices on item lines in the Quotation setup window. For more information, see How to show prices on item lines for single items or item groups.
However, if in the Quotation setup window the user finds that the Show box in the Show prices on item lines row is greyed out and the box cannot be ticked for a particular item group, they should follow the steps below.
At Alternative level, in the Quotation setup window:
- Select the Calculation tab.
- Under the Calculation tab, in the Profit calculation section, check the Markup % field and the Item group for amount field. If a markup has been applied to a particular item group, for example Furniture, prices for that item group will not be shown on the quotation because of the additional markup applied by the user.
- Users can remove the additional markup by entering 0 into the Markup % field.
- Select the Presentation tab.
- Under the Presentation tab, in the item group column, for example Furniture, the user should now be able to interact with the Show box in the Show prices on item lines row.
