In Winner, users can show discounts on documents, for example a quotation, by customising the selected form. Users are able to show the total discount, show item group discounts and show single item line discounts.
To apply discounts, users should see Quotation setup features, Additional Costs: Discount (2) and (3) and How to add a discount to a single item line.
At Alternative level, in Furnishing mode:
- Click the Calculator icon:
- In the Quotation window, select Quotation > Print quotation.
- In the Confirm window, select Yes or No.
Note: For more information, see What does 'Quotation sent' mean? - In the Select form: Quotation window, select the desired form and click Customise.
- In the Layout customisation window:
- To show the total discount; click the Summary section drop-down menu and select an option that has all discounts or total discounts in the description.
- To show item group discounts; click the Item line section drop-down menu and select an option that has group sum in the description.
- To show single item line discounts; click the Item line section drop-down menu and select an option that has discount in the description.
- Click OK. The Layout customisation window will close.
- In the Select form: Quotation window, users can now print, preview, e-mail or export the quotation.
