In Winner, in the Quotation setup window, under the Calculation tab, in the Additional costs section, the Visible box can be located on the far right. Unticking one of the Visible boxes will remove that specific additional cost from the quotation, hiding it.
How to remove an additional cost from the quotation
At Alternative level:
- Click the Calculator icon:
- In the Quotation window, click Quotation, located at the bottom right of the window, and select Quotation setup/summary.
- In the Quotation setup window, select the Calculation tab.
- Under the Calculation tab, untick the Visible boxes, located on the far right as desired.
Note: If the Item group for amount column for an additional cost is set to <Show in total> in the drop-down, the Visible box will be unavailable.
