In Winner, users may wish for an item not to be included in the quotation or the supplier order. Users can exclude an item from from the quotation or the supplier order in the Quotation window.
At Alternative level:
- Click on the Calculator icon:
- In the Quotation window, left-click to select the line in the quotation the user wishes to exclude from the quotation and or the supplier order.

Right-click the selected line and select Exclude from quotation.
NOTE: this will exclude the item from the quotation and supplier order.
- To exclude from the supplier order only, select Exclude from supplier order.
Note: If you wish to add an item back into the quotation right click on the item in the plan and deselect Exclude from quotation.
