How to change the selected currency

In Winner, users are able to change the default currency for new alternatives or change the currency for individual existing alternatives.

Note! Changing the currency for alternatives in combined quotations require the user to duplicate the alternatives, or remove all the alternatives from the Combined quotation before taking the steps shown below and adding to a new combined quotation.

Change the currency for all new Alternatives

At Project level:

1. Select Global settings > Project defaults.
   
   
2. In the Project defaults window, select the Presentation of quotation tab.
   
   
3. Under the Presentation of quotation tab, in the Currency section, click on the drop-down and select the desired currency.
    
4. Click OK.

Change the currency for a single Alternative

At Alternative level:

1. Click the Calculator icon:
   
   
   
   
2. In the Quotation window, click Quotation  and select Quotation set-up/Summary.
   
   
3. In the Quotation setup window, select the Presentation tab.
   
   
4. Under the Presentation tab, in the Currency section, click the drop-down menu and select the desired currency.
   
   
5. Click OK.
