In Winner, users can set the Adobe Acrobat PDF reader as the default program for opening catalogue media files.
- Exit Winner.

Double-click the Winner Info shortcut:
Note: Users can also click the Windows search bar and search for Winner Info. - In the Winner - System Information window, select the Program Settings tab.
- Under the Program Settings tab, in the Catalogue Settings section, ensure Prefer Acrobat Reader for catalogue media files is ticked.
- Click Save and Close.
