In Winner, users can edit the presentation of VAT in the quotation to be included, excluded or specified. Users can edit the VAT presentation for all new projects or edit the VAT presentation for individual alternatives.
Changing VAT presentation for new projects
At Project level:
- Select Global settings > Project defaults.
- In the Project defaults window, select the Presentation of quotation tab.
- Under the Presentation of quotation tab, select the VAT drop-down menu and select Included, Excluded or Specified.
- Click OK.
Note! Only new projects will be affected. The VAT presentation for existing projects must be edited on an individual basis.
Changing VAT presentation for existing projects
At Alternative level:
- Click the Calculation icon:
- In the Quotation window, at the bottom right select Quotation > Quotation setup/summary.
- In the Quotation setup window, select the Presentation tab.
- Under the Presentation tab, select the VAT drop-down menu and select Included, Excluded or Specified.
- Click OK.
