In Winner, EANCOM users have access to the EANCOM Export module under Additional modules. This extra module is an extension added to the user's account by our Support team.
If the user cannot see the module:
- Contact our Support team to confirm the EANCOM Export module has been added to their account. For more information, see New to the Support Centre? Look here!
- Once the user has confirmed the EANCOM Export module is on their account, at Project level select Register > Download catalogues/updates.
- In the Choose what to download window, click Reset.
- Tick a box to select a catalogue, and then click Download.
- In the Download catalogues / updates window, click OK.
The download of the catalogue and the download of the EANCOM Export module will continue in the background. - When the status Download completed is shown in the bottom right of your screen, close Winner.
- Re-open Winner and an Update window is shown. To confirm the installation of the EANCOM module click Yes.
- The EANCOM Export module should now appear under Additional modules.
