Flex Cloud: Create an API key

Within Flex it is possible for customers to create and delete API keys on the platform.

Note: unless you are an Enterprise customer you will need an extension adding to your account, please contact your local support team to get this enabled.
 

To create an API Key  

  1. Go to the Flex platform and click on the 2021-11-04_11h48_04.png icon at the bottom of the left side menu bar. 
     
  2. Under the Admin area go to Services. 
     
  3. Click Enterprise API to create a generic API key
     
  4. Select the icon in the tool bar Create New API Key.
     
  5. Click Enterprise API and in the sidebar, a new key will appear under Service information.

To delete an API Key

  1. Go to the Flex platform and click on the 2021-11-04_11h48_04.png icon at the bottom of the left side menu bar. 
     
  2. Under the Admin area go to Services.
     
  3. Click Enterprise API.
     
  4. Select the icon in the tool bar Remove Service API Keys.
  5. In the window click on the trashcan icon.pngnext to the API Key to remove.
     
  6. Select Save and the API Key is removed.
