To access the Licences screen go to the Flex platform, click the Settings cog icon on the bottom of the left hand menu bar and under Admin area select Licences.
Note: If you are using hardware dongles this list of licences is not relevant for you.
If your company has purchased soft licenses they will be listed but you cannot manage them from this screen. This is because they are tied to the name of your PC. To manage this type of license you would need to contact your local Support team.
If your company has purchased named user licences the main list here will display your purchased licences and detailed information such as the date added, and any expiration date. You can manage their use via User Licenses under the Admin area, here you can see the product name and how many are available to your company account. To help manage your licences you can also see how many are active and how many are available.
User Licences
To access click the Settings cog icon at the bottom of the left hand menu bar and under Admin area select User Licences.
This list displays every user by email address with full name. Note: this only lists named user licenses not soft licenses - this is because these cannot be edited on the Flex platform.
Click Edit on the top toolbar.
You will see 1 column of tick boxes for each product you have purchased. When you are editing you can tick or un-tick each username to assign or remove a licence. You can tick as many users as you have purchased licences. Once you have allocated all of your licences the available licences count will be zero.
When you click the button Request new licence you can select which product, quantity, and any comments. This will send a message so that your sales representative can contact you.
