How to access Teamviewer

At times to enable us to help with your Winner software query we need to access your computer via TeamViewer.

To Launch TeamViewer:

1. Open Winner and close the project list.
   
   
2. Click Help on the menu bar and select Teamviewer. 
   
   
3. When asked if you want to make changes to your device click yes.
   
   
4. Your ID number and password (if applicable) will now pop up. 

If you are unable to open Winner Design:

1. Open Winner Info > type Winner Info into the Windows search bar.
   
   
2. Click the TeamViewer button at the bottom right of the screen (Program information tab).
   
   
3. When asked if you want to make changes to your device click yes.
   
   
4. Your ID number and password (if applicable) will now pop up.
