In Winner, the VAT configuration for a quotation can be updated if products will be exported to another country. For more information on updating the VAT configuration for domestic sales, see Updating the VAT configuration.
At Alternative, in Furnishing mode:
- Click the Calculator icon:
Note: For more information, see How to enter quotation mode. - In the Quotation window, click Quotation and select Quotation setup/summary.
- In Quotation setup, select the Calculation tab.
- Under the Calculation tab, click VAT configuration.
- In the VAT Configuration window, in the Export section, click the drop-down menu under Country to export to:
- Select the country products will be exported to.
- Select Export to private or Export to company:
- If Export to private is selected, make sure the Installation included box is ticked if installation is not being charged separately.
Note: If that VAT rate displayed is incorrect, it can be altered using the Edit button. - If Export to company is selected, enter the receiving company's VAT registration in VAT reg.
- If Export to private is selected, make sure the Installation included box is ticked if installation is not being charged separately.
- Click OK. The VAT Configuration window will close.
- In Quotation setup, click OK.
