In Winner you can customize your quotation form, changing the layout and contents. For example, to show cost prices and sub-totals.
At Alternative, in Furnishing mode:
- Open your quotation by clicking the Calculator icon
- Click the Quotation button at the bottom right of the Quotation window
- Select Print quotation...
- In the following dialogue box, click Yes or No to set the status of the alternative.
Note: If you click No you will will still be able to customize your quotation form.
- Select a form and click Customize...
- This opens the Layout customisation window which contains sections you can customize by selecting your preferences from the drop down menus. In this article we will look at the most common customisation which is how to display the item lines in a quotation:
- Click the Item line section dropdown box:
To show cost prices, select an option that ends in cost prices
To show sub-totals, select an option that ends in group sum
- Click OK
Note: To save the customized form for use in the future, tick the box next to Save to system settings. This means each time you select that form it will have your customized settings.
