It is possible to change the model name for a catalogue on printouts to keep the information anonymous so customers cannot use the information with a competitor.
If you use CMC please follow: CMC: Change model name on printouts
IMPORTANT: Each time the catalogue is updated you will need to follow the same process as this information will be overwritten with each update. This will need to be done by each user as this information is not synchronised across the shop or company.
- Go to Register > Catalogues and select the catalogue you require.
- Select Groups/Models > Edit in the toolbar.
- Use the drop down under Product groups to navigate to the correct group.
- Select Product groups > Name on printouts > Save as CSV file. Give the file a name and location to save it.
- In the CSV file you will see the model names in column1, in column 2 add the name you want to see on the printouts. Save the file locally.

Follow steps 1 -3 and select Product groups > Name on printouts > Fetch from CSV file. Navigate to the CSV file and click Open.
Note: You can check that the changes have been applied by selecting Models > Model properties in the window Groups/Models. The changed name should appear in the box Name of printouts.
