Winner users can access the Support Center, an extensive online library that is always available, filled with hundreds of useful articles covering all aspects of the program with helpful guides, tips, tricks and troubleshooting.
Users can access the Support Center by clicking any of the Help buttons in the program itself.
However, they can also access the Support Center directly through an internet browser. This can be useful when using a second screen or device to display an article whilst using Winner on the main screen.
To open the Support Center in an internet browser window:
- In the address bar, enter the URL:
https://winnerdesign.support.compusoftgroup.com/hc
Note: Users do not have to login to access the Support Center. However, some functions such as upvoting and downvoting articles, and accessing the My Tickets page require the user to log in with their Compusoft registered e-mail address and password.
