To draw a sloping ceiling in Winner, see Placing a sloping ceiling on a wall. Winner will automatically convert these objects to Sloping ceiling surfaces. The selection of the surface is what is needed to place objects such as windows on.
Add sloping ceiling object
All Sloping ceiling objects consist of several sloping ceiling surfaces, for example the front and sides.
Winner automatically creates the sloping ceiling surfaces according to how the sloping ceiling is placed on the wall.
- If you place a sloping ceiling so that it covers the entire wall, then only the "front" will appears in perspective, and only this surface is created by Winner:
- If however the sloping ceiling is placed in the middle of the wall, then both the front and the sides will be shown:
Select Sloping ceiling surface
All sloping ceiling surfaces that are created are shown in the Room surfaces/objects group box.
Use the group box to select the Sloping ceiling surface:
If you have placed a wall object on the sloping ceiling, for example a window this will appear, in the perspective and elevation, when you highlight the relevant sloping ceiling surface.
How a wall object can be placed on a sloping ceiling surface is described in the article How to insert a window into a ceiling or sloping ceiling
