In the admin area you will see Company settings and Showrooms. Every company must contain one showroom as a minimum requirement on Flex.
- A company can own multiple showrooms (subsidiaries).
- A showroom is a single retail outlet within a company.
- Even if you have only one showroom you must set up both a company and a showroom.
- Showrooms share catalogues across the company, not individually unless using special settings.
- Showrooms are managed under the company’s admin area.
You can add showrooms by accessing the Admin area.
- Click the Settings icon at the bottom of the left hand menu bar
- Under Admin area select Showrooms.
Within a company you can have more than 1 showroom.
To create a new Shop click the icon Create New Showroom in the top tool bar.
Note: catalogues and catalogue indexes are shared companywide. It is not possible to have individual catalogue settings per shop, unless you have CMC.
