In Winner, EANCOM users can use the Order Confirmation Management Tool (OCMT) to compare orders. All received order confirmations appear there. However, users can also compare received order confirmations using the email extension. This is useful if, for any reason, an order confirmation does not appear in the OCMT.
At Project level:
- Select Additional modules > eMail > MailBox.
- In the MailBox window, with the Inbox selected, right-click the relevant order confirmation e-mail and select Eancom > Compare the chosen confirmation with the order.
Note: The MailBox window opens with the Inbox selected as the default.
