In Winner, EANCOM users can create a batch print for EANCOM order forms similarly to how the user is able to create a standard batch print. For more information, see Batch print definition.
Creating an EANCOM batch print
At Project level:

Select Global Settings > System Settings.

In the System settings window, select the Printouts tab.
- In the Batch Print section, click the Batch type drop-down menu and select EANCOM.

In the Batch Print section, click New.

In the Batch print definition window, enter a name for the new batch print in the Name field.

Click Add.
- In the Select printout macro window, select the printout macro Macro: EANCOM: Standard Floor Plan and click OK.
Note! An EANCOM batch print must include this printout macro. - Click the Printout type drop-down menu and select Eancom.

Left-click to highlight the desired prinout macro and click OK.
Note: To add more printout macros, click Add again in the Batch print definition window. - In the Batch print definiton window, users will see their added printout macros in the Used macros section. Here, users can also:
- To remove a printout macro, left-click to select it and click Delete.
- To change the order the printout macros will be printed in, use the Up and Down icons.
- In the Print settings for the selected macro section, users can increase the number of copies of the selected printout macro using the Quantity field and use the Printer drop-down menu to select a printer for the selected printout macro.
- With the prinout macro (PDF) Macro: EANCOM: Standard Floor Plan selected, users can click the Room shape drop-down menu and specify a room shape to apply to the batch printout.

Once completed, click OK.
- In the System settings window, click Close.
