In Winner, users can insert page breaks into printed quotations. This is useful for separating different manufacturers' catalogues, or groups of items such as furniture, electrical equipment and accessories.
At Project level:
- Select Alternative > Printouts > Print out quotation.
Note: There are several other routes to access the print function, for more information see Printing: Print out quotation. - In the Confirm dialogue box, click Yes or No.
Note: Selecting Yes will set the state of the Alternative to Quotation sent. For more information, see What does 'Quotation sent' mean? - In Select form: Quotation, select the desired form and click Preview.
- In the Preview window, select File > Edit printout.
- In the Confirm dialogue box, click OK.
- Left-click to place the I-cursor at the desired location of the page break, and press Ctrl+Enter on the keyboard to insert the page break.
Note: This process can be repeated multiple times to insert multiple page breaks. - When finished, the user can print, export or send via e-mail.
To print, select File > Print.
To export to .PDF, select File > Export.
To send via e-mail, select File > Send mail > Send document.
