On most floor or base units, worktops are added by default. At this stage these worktops are not coded, so are not priced automatically, therefore the item lines are not added to the quotation.
When the design is completed in Furnishing mode, the user should review all the worktops in the Worktop scheme mode. Here you can check that sizes and angles are correct for order and insert joints. See article How to insert or remove a joint in a worktop.
Using a supplier catalogue
- Click on the Worktop scheme mode icon in the Toolbar.
- Click on Worktop in the Menu bar and select Do automatic cutting. This will ensure your worktops are cut into pieces and ready to be assigned codes specific to the length and depth calculated. For more information see article Select cut.
- Click on Worktop in the Menu bar and now select Do automatic code assignment.
- Select Automatic assignment settings as required and click OK to confirm. For more information see article Automatic assignment settings.
Depending on the Catalogue selected for your worktops, you will have codes allocated to the worktop pieces, which will then calculate a price in the Worktop codes window. These prices will be shown in the quotation.
