To alter the edges of fillers, worktops or covering panels you need to access the the Edge properties window by following the steps below:
How to select an edge
Once you have drawn the filler, worktop or covering panel:
Note: worktops and covering panels may be placed automatically, if you set this up in drawing settings, however the procedure for selecting their edge is the same.
For worktops and covering panels
- Open the relevant mode then click on an edge to select it.
- Right click and select Properties. This opens the Edge properties window.
For free drawn fillers
- Click on the Free drawing of filler tool icon and select the black arrow icon
- The mouse pointer now changes to a black arrow.
- Click on an edge to select it.
- Right click and select Properties. This opens the Edge properties window.
Description of the fields in the Edge properties window
You can change the properties of a single edge using the following options.

Edge Shape - Line or Arc - Choose between a straight or curved edge for your fillers and worktops.
- Line Length - Modify the length of the edge.
- Line Angle from prev. - Specify the angle of the edge from the previous line.
- Arc Radius - Modify the radius of the arc.
- Arc Sweep Angle - Specify the sweep angle of the arc.
- Edge properties - These settings are for worktops and covering panels only. This will change how Winner Design calculates the edge for the quotation.
- Auto - Winner will automatically calculate the edge.
- Front edge - Highlight this field if the line is the front edge of the worktop/covering panel.
- Back edge - Highlight this field if the line is the back edge of the worktop/covering panel.
Note: only back edges of worktops/covering panels can have upstands on. If you want it to remain a back edge but with no upstand on it, select the Can't have upstand check box. - End edge - Highlight this field if the line is the end edge of the worktop/covering panel.
- Straight edge - Highlight this field if the line is a straight side of the worktop/covering panel.
